Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Locations
    We currently offer shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Australia. Requests to modify the delivery information will not be accepted after the product is shipped. 

  • Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 5-20 business days. If your entire order consists of in-stock items, this processing time is shortened to 1–3 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include the shipping and delivery period. Please note that this time may vary based on demand, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If there are any changes to your order processing time, we will notify you promptly via email.

  • Shipping Methods
    We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. The specific shipping method used will be determined at our discretion.

  • Shipping Costs
    We aim to keep shipping simple, transparent, and reliable. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination, the size and weight of your order and your chosen shipping method.

     

    All orders of HKD $500 / MOP $520 or more are eligible for free SF Express shipping.

    • Hong Kong:
      • For all local Hong Kong orders under HKD $500, the default delivery method is Hong Kong Post's "e-Express". You may choose any post office (excluding mobile post offices), Smart Post stations, or designated 7-Eleven convenience stores as your collection point. After placing your order, ｗe will contact you via email or mobile message to confirm your pickup details and delivery arrangement before your order is dispatched. Please collect your parcel within the designated pickup period. Otherwise, the parcel will be automatically returned, and additional shipping fees will be required for re-delivery.
      • Local Hong Kong orders of HKD $100 or more, but under HKD $500, enjoy free shipping via Hong Kong "e-Express". For orders under HKD $100, a shipping fee of HKD $13 will be charged.

      • Alternatively, you can opt for SF Express Door-to-Door service with "Freight Collect". The shipping fee, starting from HKD $30, is borne by the customer and will be collected by the courier upon arrival. In this case, we will ship to the address you provided and will not contact you separately to confirm the delivery address. 

        If the parcel is not collected within the designated pickup period, it will be automatically returned by the logistics provider.

        In cases where a parcel is returned due to, including but not limited to:

        • failure to collect within the required timeframe
        • incomplete payment for COD orders
        • incorrect or incomplete shipping information resulting in failed delivery

        any return charges, logistics penalties, and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer before the order can be dispatched again.

    • Macau:
      • All Macau orders are delivered by SF Express. Customers can choose to pay for shipping via "Freight Collect (Shipping fees will be collected directly by the courier upon delivery. The final amount is determined by the logistics provider)" or "Prepaid (Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout)".

      • If the parcel is not collected within the designated pickup period, it will be automatically returned by the logistics provider.

        In cases where a parcel is returned due to, including but not limited to:

        • failure to collect within the required timeframe
        • incomplete payment for COD orders
        • incorrect or incomplete shipping information resulting in failed delivery

        any return charges, logistics penalties, and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer before the order can be dispatched again.

    • Taiwan:
      • All Taiwan orders are delivered by SF Express. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
    • Australia:
      • All Australia orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post.
        Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

     

  • Estimated Delivery Time

    • For Hong Kong, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
    • For Macau, the estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.
    • For Taiwan, the estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.
    • For Australia, the estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
    • Please note that these delivery times are based on information provided by our shipping supplier and are not a guarantee but serve as a reference.

  • International Shipping
    Currently, we only ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Australia. If you’re from another location and are interested in our products, we warmly invite you to email us with the product details, desired quantity and your shipping address. We’ll be happy to explore how we can serve you.

  • Import Related Duties, Taxes and Fees
    All import duties, taxes, and related fees (if any) incurred when the parcel arrives in the recipient's country/region are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees must be paid to the local authorities or the logistics carrier. Should the recipient refuse to pay these fees, resulting in the order being undeliverable, no refund or compensation will be provided.
